Rapid Intervention Techniques Verification of Academic & Skills Sessions Sheet RSTC Medical Statement Liability Release/Statement of Understanding Emergency Action Plan Program Evaluation Certificates will be issued by Dive Rescue International once the Class Roster and EAP are received from the instructor. *This student E-Kit is only available to current Rapid Intervention Techniques Trainers.  *Trainer’s name and trainer number are required to purchase this E-Kit. *The typed Class Roster must be returned to the Training Department preferably via scan/email to:  [email protected] within 10 days of completion of class.
