Public Safety Diver Survival Manual Critical Skills Diver Verification of Academic & Skills Sessions Sheet RSTC Medical Statement Liability Release/Assumption of Risk Statements Emergency Action Plan Certificates will be issued by Dive Rescue International once the Class Roster and EAP are received from the instructor. *This student kit is only available to current Critical Skills Diver Trainers.  *Trainer’s name and trainer number are required to purchase this kit. *The typed Class Roster must be returned to the Training Department preferably via scan/email to:  [email protected] within 10 days of completion of class.
