Included: Full Face Mask Student Manual FFM Academic & Skills Verification Sheet RSTC Medical Statement Liability Release/Statement of Understanding EAP   Certificates will be issued by Dive Rescue International once the class roster and EAP are received by the Training Department.   *This student kit is only available to current Full Face Mask Trainers.  *Trainer’s name and trainer number are required to purchase this kit. *The typed Class Roster must be returned to the Training Department preferably via scan/email to:  [email protected] within 10 days of completion of class.
